रुसको साइबेरियामा रहेको ओइम्याकोन गाउँलाई पृथ्वीकै सबैभन्दा चिसो बस्ती मानिन्छ ।
त्यहाँको तापक्रम माइनसभन्दा निकै तल भए पनि आगो बल्ने अनौठो घटना देख्ने गरिएको छ ।
त्यस्तो चिसो ठाउँमा हिउँ र बरफमुनि डढेलो लागेको देख्दा आश्चर्य मानिएको छ । प्रकृतिको यो अनौठो रूप विरलै मात्र देख्न पाइन्छ ।
